Aurelia Probiotic Skincare

Remember this Instagram post? I first posted about Aurelia Skincare in July and have since been thoroughly testing these probiotic and organic products. The results are finally in.

But let me first tell you about Aurelia. Aurelia Skincare is a British company that has been making beauty products since 2013 in the UK. Their products are made from cruelty-free, sustainably sourced organic ingredients helping your skin become balanced and giving you that glow from within.

I came across these beautifully packaged items at Staudigl Wien, a gorgeous shop for all things green, and decided then and there that I must have some of them. My first purchase included Aurelia’s “Aromatic Repair & Brighten Hand Cream” and “Miracle Cleanser“. After a while I ordered some more products directly from Aurelia’s website. I’m telling you this because I want to emphasize that none of the products below were gifted to me. I bought all of them myself. However, this post contains affiliate links.

Here’s what I tried:

1. RESTORATIVE CREAM BODY CLEANSER

I love spending money on bath and hair care products, so, of course, I had to get this gentle cleanser. My skin felt great after using the cleanser but, unfortunately, I did not enjoy the smell of it.

2. FIRM & REPLENISH BODY SERUM

I loved using this lotion. Although the serum is very lightweight and absorbed quickly, it left my skin nourished and well-hydrated. Moreover, the essential oils in this serum left a gorgeous smell on my body. So good!

3. FIRM & REVITALISE DRY BODY OIL

I adore this dry oil and I am on my second bottle. The smell is incredible and helps me to unwind after a long day at work. The oil itself absorbs quickly into skin and is supposed to firm skin. If you only get one of Aurelia Skincare products, then buy this. 

4. BOTANICAL CREAM DEODORANT

I am all for natural deodorants but I was not particularly fond of this one. Don’t get me wrong, it works well, keeps you dry all day long and is incredibly gentle, even after shaving but the overpowering smell of the product is not my cup of tea. Thus, I wouldn’t buy it again. 

5. CELL REVITALISE DAY MOISTURISER

Love this moisturizer. Since I’ve purchased it, I’ve firmly added it to my morning routine. I’m using it every other day together with my holy grail La Prairie moisturizer and it’s fantastic. It works well under make-up and is lovely on my skin. Would I buy it again? Absolutely!

6. MIRACLE CLEANSER

This product took off my make-up and left my skin clean and soft. However, the glass jar made using the product a bit difficult. As I like to double cleanse while showering, I’d rather prefer having this cleanser in some sort of user-friendly tube. So, I won’t be buying this one again.  

7. AROMATIC REPAIR & BRIGHTEN HAND CREAM

This hand cream is another favourite. I’m on my third tube as this product is everything I could wish for. It is particularly fabulous and nourishing for colder weather and will also make for great gifts this season. It’s the perfect stocking filler. 

8. REVITALISE & GLOW SERUM

One word: Perfection! Using this serum has made such a huge difference to my skin. It’s like an instant boost and, hence, this product has been added to my daily routine. I’ve been using this together with my Estée Lauder ANR serum and my skin is better than it has ever been. Oh, and the scent is heavenly. 

9. Brightening Botanical essence & Calming Botanical essence

I have these ones in travel size and love having them in my purse. I keep using both throughout the day whenever I feel my skin or make-up need to be refreshed.  

All in all, I really enjoy using Aurelia Probiotic Skincare products and have found a few new beauty favourits.
