Beauty Favourites: April Edition

Beauty Favourites: April Edition

It’s 20 degrees in Vienna as I write this and it feels like spring has finally arrived. This makes me so happy and as I last shared a post on my beauty favourites in Winter, I thought it’s time to give you an update regarding the products* I like most right now.

Beauty Favourites: April Edition

ANR Serum and Revitalizing Supreme+ Cream by Estée Lauder

Estee Lauder ANR Serum

I received samples of both products in March after purchasing these goodies here and what can I say? I really, really love them and, therefore, I had to get them in full size. They definitely fall under the category: how to get better skin overnight. The ANR serum contains antioxidants and hyaluronic acid which moisturize your skin perfectly and, thus, plump and soften your skin. You basically wake up with a great glow.

I like to pair the ANR serum with Estée Lauder’s Revitalizing Supreme+ Cream. Both beauty products make a huge difference. After application my skin immediately feels glowy, moisturized and very plump. Sometimes I even use both products in the morning before I put make-up on. That’s how great they are.

Body Hero Body Lotion by Glossier

Glossier Body Hero

Another great product of my beauty favourites is this body lotion by Glossier. I’ve started using this lotion about 2 weeks ago and I’ve already placed another order. The scent is gorgeous (it’s an orange blossom neroli blend) and it melts into skin immediately after slathering it on. That’s what I probably like best. You shower, apply the body-lotion, which absorbs super fast, get dressed and you’re good to go.

UpLift Massaging Beauty Roller by Nurse Jamie

Nurse Jamie UpLift Massaging Beauty Roller

After seeing these beauty rollers pop up everywhere, I finally bought my own after some research. I decided to get the UpLift Massaging Beauty Roller by Nurse Jamie. This product holds 24 massaging stones and is supposed to temporarily uplift your skin. I also think that this tool revives my tired morning face and gets rid of puffiness. Furthermore, I firmly believe that massaging one’s face will help the prevention of fine lines and wrinkles.

Addict Lip Glow in Coral (004) by Dior

Dior Addict Lip Glow 004 Coral

Dior Addict Lip Glow 004 Coral

I once had a great Dior lipstick in the most gorgeous red ever but, unfortunately, must have misplaced it. When I wanted to replace it I saw these Dior Addict Lip Glow balms and decided to get one of these instead of buying red lipstick as they are much easier to wear on a daily basis. I was so happy with my decision that I got 2 more for my most used hand bags in the same shade (004 Coral). And although the lip balm looks very orangey it goes on in the most beautiful and subtle pink. It’s really a great natural shade for everyday use.

Please share your beauty favourites below. I’d love to get some recommendations.

I have been seeing that Nurse Jamie roller too but wasn’t sure if it’s worth the money? I should do more research about it, I’m 39 this year and my skin needs all the lifting that I can get.

To really say I’d have to use it for a longer period of time. However, what I can already say is that it really helps to get rid of puffy eyes, which I unfortunately have from time to time. I guess I will have to post an update in a few months.
