The warmer spring weather and birds chirping have me in the mood for great desserts and lots of outdoor fun and while hiking last week I realized that elderflower season is finally upon us.
During a recent night out I sipped on a very palatable Thai Basil Blueberry Martini. Oh, what a treat that was for my taste buds.
A few weeks ago I made honeycomb butter to go with these fluffy Ricotta Hotcakes. Making my own batch of honeycomb was so easy and delicious that this week I decided to make another batch.
It’s 20 degrees in Vienna as I write this and it feels like spring has finally arrived.
I love writing lists. Be it for work or for private life, lists always make me feel better.
