As temperatures are rising almost everywhere in Europe, the last thing I want to do is adding to that heat by cooking hot meals in the kitchen.
Although I am a morning person I don’t think that preparing breakfast should be time consuming.
Usually, my go-to breakfast is always a healthy option, such as a bowl of crunchy granola or creamy coconut porridge.
