It wasn’t until recently when I talked to my wonderful friend Dimitra that I realized that we both have been blogging for about a year now.
By now you know that the BF and I are foodies. We’ve been incredibly fortunate to have dined at some of the best restaurants.
When I was recently told by a doctor not to eat broccoli or cauliflower anymore, I was looking for other tasty veggie options.
As temperatures are rising almost everywhere in Europe, the last thing I want to do is adding to that heat by cooking hot meals in the kitchen.
