This coconut cake has been a staple in our home. It’s been prepared numerous times for Sunday dessert, afternoon tea, birthdays, or to brighten up a dull day and every single time it hit the spot.
Due to an unusually cold weather spell in mid-March we were craving something hot and spicy the other night.
After taking a break from blogging, I’m back with a fantastic new recipe: Braised veal cheeks with baked fennel and gorgonzola.
By now you know that the BF and I are foodies. We’ve been incredibly fortunate to have dined at some of the best restaurants.
