My love for anything meringue is unconditional. I baked my first berry pavlova about a year ago and have been trying out various new recipes ever since.
We’ve prepared these Ricotta Hotcakes a lot recently. As they are utterly soft, airy and extra delicious, they’ve become a staple at our house.
