A few weeks ago, the BF and I had a dinner reservation at Aulis, London. Aulis is a rather new, very intimate development kitchen and eight-seater chef’s table by Simon Rogan in the heart of Soho.
It’s this time of the year again. Every year around this time I find myself looking for presents for my loved ones and friends and, usually, I end up buying gifts that I would love to receive myself and deem useful.
I know a thing or two (or five?) about buying Chanel bags. I had been wanting to own a classic Chanel Flap for a long time, and then, in 2012, I finally splurged on this beauty.
Most mornings I eat a healthy but simple breakfast: a bowl of Greek yoghurt with homemade granola sprinkled on top, some creamy coconut porridge with fresh berries or scrambled eggs with gluten-free toast and avocado.
Royal weddings get me really excited. It was around the time I made this low carb Lime Coconut Pie that news outlets went crazy on Meghan and Harry’s wedding cake choice.
Bill Granger’s cookbooks are a pleasure to own. Whenever I lack inspiration or look for tasty but simple everyday dishes, his many recipe collections are my go-to source.
